Literature is the name given to any collection of writen books, but it is more than that. Literature is a reflexion of humanity and a way for us to understand each other. Literature approaches us to the way of living in other times, and the feelings and though of the people living them.

But also Literature is part of the cultural legacy arrived to us from the different cultures inhabiting a region through centuries. 

With the help of this book, we would like to compare the literature from the different countries and considered as a sign of identity from each of them. The literature we are going to meet in this book is the one from the different countries involved in the Erasmus+ project: Cultures Diversitity, one Europe. 

The involved countries were: Greece, Italy, Latvia, Slovakia and Spain.
